Jasmin Valderama (Cristine Reyes) had a conversation with Yaya Ceding (Malou Crisologo) wherein Jasmin realized that Oliver's love can never be greater than Alfred's love for Jasmin. Jasmin can not forget how Father Alfred Valderama (Piolo Pascual) sacrificed his life a couple times for Jasmin. Jasmin had no idea that Father Alfred was with Zandro (Jeffrey Santos) wherein Father Alfred's life is in danger. Zandro was tasked to kill Father Alfred by Father Alfred's adoptive father, Governor Leo Valderama (Christopher De Leon). Meanwhile, Zandro brought Father Alfred to a forest where nobody else can find them. As much as Zandro wanted to kill Father Alfred for the sake of Governor Leo's revenge, Zandro let Father Alfred free. Zandro then asked Father Alfred to leave Milagros and never come back so that Governor Leo will not hunt him again. Meanwhile, at a different location, Jasmin and Agnes Javier (Maricar Reyes) prayed for Father Alfred's safety. Both Agnes and Jasmin did not want Father Alfred to be harmed because they both know that Father Alfred is a good man.
