Jasmin Valderama (Cristine Reyes) had a conversation to her father, Governor Leo Valderama (Christopher De Leon). Jasmin tried to convince Governor Leo to admit all the crimes filed against him and accept the consequences. Governor Leo, on the other hand, thought that Jasmin was only concerned to her adoptive brother, Father Alfred Valderama (Piolo Pascual). Governor Leo never thought that Jasmin cared about him especially when most of his trusted people turned him down. Meanwhile, the Saguirre's especially Mayor Edison Saguirre (Rafael Rossel) knew that Governor Leo killed his father. The Saguirre's then kidnapped Governor Leo and brought him to their hide out. The Saguirre's tortured Governor Leo showing no mercy. Mayor Edison's uncle wanted to show Governor Leo how bad the Saguirre's are especially when they revenge. Meanwhile, Father Alfred luckily read a text message coming from Mayor Edison and knew about what the Saguirre's did to Governor Leo. Father Alfred then went to the place where the Saguirre tortured Governor Leo and offered his life to be killed rather than his adoptive father. Governor Leo, on the other hand, was very surprised to see Father Alfred because he thought that there was nobody who cared for him. Before Father Alfred arrived, Mayor Edison almost killed Governor Leo but Governor Leo let Mayor Edison realize to be a good leader for the Milagros' people.
