Señora Soledad Silvestre (Gloria Romero) was shocked when they were informed that the land they were trying to buy was already sold. They are clueless to whom it was sold to. So she asked her grandson, Luisito "Louie" Valencia (Mark Anthony Fernandez), if the news was true. Louie confirmed it and said that it was sold to man named Amadeo Perez (Phillip Salvador). Señora Soledad then remembered that it was the name of the leader of a syndicate. Meanwhile, Amadeo together with Atty. Leilani Angeles (Carla Abellana) and Martin Caballero (Richard Gutierrez) were very happy that they are back in Rancho Paradiso. Leilani knows that it would be the start of their revenge against the Silvestre’s. Meanwhile, Martin was bored of his life in that house. So, he decided to take the horse and roam around the place. Leilani noticed that Martin was not in the house. She asked the men in there and asked where Martin was. They told her where he went to. Leilani was worried. It is still their start to have their revenge and yet martin is very calm in roaming around. She said that he should not be doing that because everyone knows that he is already dead.
