Daniel Cruz/Guidotti (Coco Martin) and Katerina Alcantara/Montenegro (Julia Montes) secretly met each other and talked about themselves. Meanwhile, at the Montenegro's residence, Yaya Pearl (Arlene Muhlach) was busy preparing the foods for the Montenegro family's dinner. Later that time, Johanna Montenegro (Melissa Ricks) and Nathaniel "Nathan" Montenegro (Paolo Avelino) approached Yaya Pearl. Johanna then asked Yaya Pearl to cook chicken dishes rather than the dishes she supposed to prepare. Johanna knew that her father, Marco Montenegro (Richard Gomez), will surely bring Emilia "Emily" Cardenas/Guidotti (Dawn Zulueta) during their dinner. Johanna planned to make Emily feel unaccepted by them so that Emily and Marco will not pursue their relationship. Later at dinner time, Johanna and Nathan were not surprised to see Emily together with Daniel as their father's special guest. After awhile, Jean Bonifacio (Eula Valdez) arrived as Johanna's special guest. On the other hand, Marco and Daniel were glad to meet Jean who is the first degree cousin of Jane Bonifacio/Montenegro (Rita Avila).
