September 11, 2012. Ashi Behati (Gretchen Barreto) finally knew that Mikay Maghirang (Kathryn Bernardo) is the long lost princess, Princess Areeyah. Making sure that Mikay or even King Anand (Albert Martinez) won't find out who is Princess Areeyah, Ashi paid someone to burn down the Maghirang's house. Meanwhile, the Maghirang family especially Dinoy Maghirang (Dominic Ochoa) were very terrified seeing their house on fire. Dinoy bravely went inside their burning house to get the embroidered handkerchief of Mikay, that proves Mikay is Princess Areeyah. On the other hand, Mikay recently arrived home and saw their house burning. When Mikay knew that Dinoy was still inside their house, Mikay hurriedly went inside and saved Dinoy from the burning house. Because of Mikay's bravery, she risked her life for her foster father, Dinoy. Mikay and Dinoy were then rushed to the hospital, making their family and friends very worried. Meanwhile, Gino Dela Rosa (Daniel Padilla) and Prince Dasho Jao (Enrique Gil) were left behind the incident wherein they hurriedly went to the hospital and checked on Mikay's condition. At the hospital, Gino arrived first, very thankful seeing Mikay and the Maghirang family alive and safe. After a couple minutes, Gino also arrived, thankful seeing everybody okay. Gino and Jao then knew from Stella Cruz/Maghirang (Karen Timbol) that Mikay will be okay since she only experienced mild suffocation. Meanwhile, Ashi was very disappointed when she knew that Mikay and the Maghirang family survived the fire. With this in mind, what will be Ashi's next step to get rid of Mikay?
